Please note that any addional guests staying with Edinburgh Central Lets, other than those booked for will be charged for.

Any damage/theft or loss of property will result in a penalty charge to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy - 20% Secures your reservation, full payment can be made credit or debit card by Paypal only.  We also accept cheque (payable to Mrs Jayne Ciancia) or bank transfer. 

Payment - Full payment must be made 56 days before your arrival date, any bookings made within 56 days must be paid in full. Late/No payment may result in your booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Deposits are refunded at our discretion. If the booking is cancelled by yourself at any time within 56 days of arrival you will forfeit the full payment unless we can resell your booking or part of it.

Arrival and departure - Check-in time is between 2.30pm and 9.30pm. Check-out is by 10.30am or earlier. A late check-out is not available unless confirmed at time of booking.  It is advisable to either book an extra night either before or after your holday if you intend to either check out later than 10.30am, or check in earlier than 2.30pm.

As we are required to travel into Edinburgh to meet you at the apartments, please telephone 07722034429 thirty minutes before your arrival time, and please let us know of any delays as soon as possible.

Should any event occur which is outwith our reasonable control and requires us to cancel your booking, we will refund all monies due received.
